Background/NFT

Non fudgeable tokens are all the rage at the moment, allowing ownership of digital assets. For this project I hope to create another type of digital ownership, for audio files, that provides individuals a way to become a patron for their favorite artists. The desire to support artists will fuel this platform.

Implementation

1. Combine song audio file with ownership audio file

• No distortions in the song audio
• Ownership audio will likely be inaudible to humans
  • Need functionality to record this and convert to inaudible audio

2. Verify ownership

• Need to be able to extract the ownership audio from the original audio and verify it
  • Ownership audio will likely be at a pitch that humans cannot hear
  • Can we extract and convert back to audible sound
• Creator will release a version of the audio file with ownership interleaved
